Queen Elizabeth 1. Ruled from 1558-1603.
2. Came after Mary, so-called "Bloody Mary," who had brought England back to Catholicism. 3. Elizabeth worked out a compromise for Protestantism; she did not persecute Catholics, but did require they accept a New English church. 4. She was careful with spending, and tried to avoid war. 5. She relied on a very good advisor William Cecil. Elizabeth was a careful and able ruler.

Philip was a very different personality. 1. He was king of Spain and many other lands, and fanatically Catholic. 2. He persecuted and waged war against the Dutch, a Spanish holding. He lost some of the territory from the wars. 3. He was married to Mary, the same queen of England before Elizabeth. He left England however, and they did not actually live together much. 4. Phillip wanted Elizabeth to marry him; get some control back into
British affairs. Elizabeth wisely refused. 5. When Elizabeth did not marry him, and supported "sea dogs," which took Spanish gold booty, and the Dutch, Phillip launched war against England. 6. The Spanish Armada of 1588 completely failed for many reasons, and Spain, under Phillip, lost this war, to Elizabeth, queen of England.

Hope this helps.

No, it wont. through fact it is no longer called "God shop the Queen" - it is called "God shop the KING" even now, basically while we sing it, we are saying queen somewhat of king through fact we've a queen, however the identify itself continues to be God shop the King, continuously, no count who's on the throne, male or woman.
