You really need to watch that.. Have your doc check her for pyloric... This is when the sphincter between the stomach and the esophagus does not work properly.. Forceful vomiting is usually the sign...My friend's baby had that and it threw his electrolytes off so bad, that they had to get him strong enough for the surgery.. Please... Dont ignore this! IF you mention pyloric to your doc, they will know what it is...

It is possible that you might be feeding her too closely together. My son would not eat the scheduled every 2 hours when he was born...he would let me know when he was hungry and the docs said this is fine. He usually eats about every 4 hours. Make sure you are burping her every couple of ounces..try..if no burp offer her the bottle again. Doing formula and breast milk is fine...a lot of people have to do that. Make sure once you feed you keep them in a sort of upright posistion for at least 10-15 mins after feeding before putting down. If she sleeps in a crib try elevating matress where it is slanted downward putting her head at the high side. This helps keep food down too during the night, since we started that it has helped. My son is 12 weeks old and was a puker too...I put 2 baby spoon fulls of rice cereal in every bottle to help make it thicker. That helped too, but ask your doc about that first. If may come down to her being allergic to the formula you are supplementing. Just keep an eye on her and if it contines for the rest of day i would go to the doctor and tell them whats going on and ask what they suggest you to do.

She might be allergic to the formula. If you need to use formula try another brand or one that has no dairy products.

Switching to breastmilk shouldn't cause her to throw up - unless you ate or drank something that could be coming through in your milk and causing this.

To settle her stomach you can take some 7-Up or Ginger Ale. Make sure it's flat - all the fizz gone (just shake it a few times to make sure). Put some in a bottle and give it to her it will probably settle her stomach.

If this continues you need to get her to the doctor.

You may want to stop feeding her and call the doctor. Forceful vomiting is never a good sign. And if she is going to keep vomiting it out, stop feeding her until you know what is going on. Please call the doctor. Usually if you call in, you can talk to a nurse that can help or let you know if your baby needs to be seen. Good luck...hope everything turns out ok!

Formula is difficult to digest compared to breast milk and your baby may also be intolerant to formula milk...you need to speak to your doctor, midwife or health visitor to get to the bottom of the problem,in the mean time stay with breast.

Take her to the pediatrician just in case; it could be nothing but always be safe than sorry. It could be an allergic reaction to the formula.

Definatly the formula.

Her little tummy is used to breastmilk and formula is ready hard to digest.

Stick with nursing.

Definetly take her to the hospital. She's very young!! It could be the formula. Maybe you need a different kind.
