You can't, and whatever you do, don't spend one dime on the snake oil they try to sell you. If your hair loss just started, then have hope, you'll probably see a cure in your lifetime.

You may be able to slow the rate of loss with over the counter MINOXIDIL. I think it worked for me for a while but lost it's effectiveness over time. I wouldn't consider PROPECIA, as it comes in pill form and I don't like the idea of asking my liver and other organs to process a drug that has questionable results.
My friend tried it and ended up just waisting money.

Hair transplant techniques have greatly improved over the recent years, if you have the money.

Let me just reiterate, do not believe any of the hype these late night "hair restoration" products try to sell you on television. Been there, done that , got a tee shirt. There is no cure yet no matter what they say. Keep your money.

You cant you can start to have cropped hair cuts or shave then it wont be a total shock to people when you start to polish.
