sip your liquids very very slowly...try squeezing some lemon into it (drink it through a straw to save your enamel). you can even try to drink broth, chicken, beef or veggie broth. broth can be bought in cartons in the grocery store. just get some liquid into you!!! you can try herbal tea's but be sure to check with your doctor or even better a herbalist first. you can try juicing fruits and vegetables (not too much fruit...it maybe natural sugar but it's still sugar) good luck and see your doctor if you still have trouble.

Are you taking your prenatal vitamin first thing in the morning? If so, you may need to eat something an hour before taking it. You may want to try eating something regardless as soon as you get out of bed - like cereal or crackers. Then drink water. It is certainly not a good idea to avoid drinking water, especially since you're supposed to consume 8 glasses a day. You could become dehydrated and get sick if you don't drink enough, especially not that summer is quickly approaching.

Well, I drink it out of a straw, and that way it will shoot down your throught before you realize it. You can also drink flavored water like Fruit 2 0. I like the raspberry kind, and it has low everything as far as additives go, and it will put a twist on your water experience. You could also squize lemon, lime, or orange in your regular water to mix things up a bit.
Throwing up things while pregnant seems pretty normal. When my sis was pregnant, she couldn't drink orange juice in the morning (Its her fav drink) or she'd be sick, but she could after lunch time. I guess the baby chooses what it likes and when it likes it.

I was the same way during my first trimester. I know how you feel! I'm just now starting to feel better.
I sugest keeping saltines and a can of coke by your bed. Before you get out of bed in the morning sit there and eat some crackers and drink that coke. That's the ONLY way I could get myself not to throw up first thing.
Water is SOO important. You have to drink atleast 8, 8oz glasses of water a day. Your baby needs water, so do you!
If you're taking prenatal vitamins...Try taking them before you go to bed instead of first thing in the morning. My first week I threw them up every morning.
Hopefully this helps. Hang in there...It will get better.

This is what I did....Before I woke up fully I would have a box of cereal sitting next to my bed. I would lay there for about 10 minutes eating fruit loops. Then after my tomach calmed down I would go get some water. I would take my prenatals at night when my mourning sickness wasn't so bad. I took them with dinner. It was hard for me to keep anything down too. So only drink the water when you feel you can hold it down. If it is really bad get a script from your doctor you need to keep healthy.

This is part of the Accessory package that comes with morning sickness.
Don't worry about drinking water - you get water in fruit and vegetables - you won't dehydrate.
Sip on very cold 7-Up or something like that.
By the time you hit 16 weeks you should be able to tolerate water again.

If you are suffering from bad morning sickness try drinking much more slower and little and often. If you can't keep anything down you need medical help as it is not good for you or the unborn baby. Try drinking other drinks and see how you feel with them.

I noticed that water made me sick at first to. The trick for me was to switch from purified water to tap water, something in the tap water made my stomach settle. If you are drinking tap, try switching to bottled and see if it makes a difference.
