I am the best part of the deal. I have worked were I worked for 18 years. I have had 10 different supervisors in the past 3 years. There is going to be a new boss next month. I was acting supervisor for 18 months, against my choice, it's not that difficult. It is just not a job for my personality or liking.

I am the boss, I can't even fire myself although sometimes I wish or think I should. I can't quit because it's my living I do it for pay. If something happens or goes wrong it's my fault and my responsibility. It can be very stressful at times. That expression about it being lonely at the top is so true :)
