If you have used a cheap set of disc pads with out having the rotors machined, you will have this problem, however it can be overcomed by using a product called antisieze, which has a temp in excess of 2000 deg . You apply the said compound to the back of the pads, not the friction side.

Did they turn your rotors? If not, maybe they are glazed. Do you notice the sqeak when the brakes may be wet? If so, it may be a normal nuisance due to cheap brake pads. Either way, its worth taking the vehicle back to the repair shop who installed your brakes for a check over.

Yea take them back apart and put that little tube of anti squeal on there.

Problem solved.
