No, but I've met lots of people who think they have Paul Simons' talent and believe they can sing.
They usually set up in public places, like peaceful parks and beaches, and caterwall until you have to pack up and leave!
People, if you have to sing (or play) for free to get people to listen to you, they you aren't show business material. Get over it.
