All trees lose their leaves. The rate at which they lose their leaves and when they lose their leaves determines which category they fall into.
Deciduous trees usually drop all of their leaves in a short time usually as a result of shortening periods of daylight. Temperature isn't as great a factor as the amount of light.
Evergreens, of which conifers are one type, lose their leaves more slowly and generally throughout the year. In the southern United States, we have many evergreen trees that have broad leaves, live oak, magnolia, citrus and others keep most of their leaves year round, they also drop leaves a few at a time almost all yer round.

um I'm not sure abt the trees in the colder countries but trees in tropical places definately do not lose their leaves (of course dead leaves fall, but if you are meaning in like autumn, no). Hope this helps. =)
