I'm certain you are under an extreme amount of stress as are most students of any age and any grade level. Compound this with possibly having to tell your parents you flunked out makes the situation worse.
Go to you parents (or parent) or call them and explain how you are having a problem, most parents start with the accusatory response " Well did you study?" Of course you say, "Yes, very hard" then began to voice quiver and shed some tears and tell them you are overwhelmed!
At which time, normally, they will begin to soften. Then go in for the kill....really spread it on and that is when they relent and say " Well honey do the best you can" and you reply " I'll do my very BEST!" That alone will take some of the pressure off of you. Then do what all of the others have answered and just chill out!
The bottom line is a lot of your worry come's from having your parents (parent) thinking you didn't try.

Stop worrying!! As you have obviously tried hard to learn all you need, then most of it will have gone in. Change your approach to revision. Everything that you need is in your exercise books. Essays and coursework can now be forgotten. Just concentrate on learning as much as you can from the exercise books. As your exams are on different dates, you should prioritize for the first one most. Read for an hour each day for the second exam, casually. Prepare for the first exam as if your life depended upon it, read your exercise book and write out the answers in a way that you understand. This way you will learn the 'stuff'

Imediately after your first exam, get home and start reading for the second, from your textbooks. Write out lists of associated 'things' and do your best to learn them, then learn the definitions.

Organize your revision well into clearly defined units. Revise for one exam, then revise for the another. Do not confuse the subjects.

I too am doing an A level at the moment. My first exam was was two papers in 3 hours. I'd only revised for one and consequently got a U in the other. I did my resit the other day and will be surprised if I got lower than a B.

Most of all, stop worrying. Just read through your textbooks and make notes that will help you remember the answers and learn those note.

eg HS, DD, 2SF, KSF, etc is the sequence that I learned to remember the models of influence the media has on people.
I learned the definitions seperately, they were easy. You have at least two full days, before the first, which will be plenty if you calm down and revise seriously. Then you'll have nearly two days for the second, which too wil be plenty.

Just stop worrying, calm down and revise.

You are under a great deal of stress as are all students at exam time. You do not really "forget" what you have learned, you are just unable to access the material because of stress. The trick is to FOCUS. When you are revising biology, focus on biology. Picture your class in your mind, visualize the answers given in class. SEE your notes. Do the same for chemistry. The subject matter is very different for both bio and chem. Concentrate on the subject you are revising and stop worrying -- it will only worsen your stress. Good luck!

When you are leaning make a time table, prioritise by subject and then break it into segments. Make sure you write things down as I always find it went into my brain easier. I was in exactly the same position, now Im 25 and even have a degree and became a financial advisor after doing financial exams, I was never good at revision. The key is to have patience and not worry, otehrwise you will spend time worrying about what MIGHT happen rather than concerntrating on the task in hand. Good luck and BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.

CALM DOWN.

There are different views about the importance of last-minute revision. Some people think that it is best to work late right up to the night before the examination. Generally, however, you must not exhaust yourself so much that you do not do justice to yourself in the examination. If you must do some revision the day before, and it might take your mind off the examination, spend your time recalling the important facts and improving your confidence. At this stage do not try to find things you cannot do.

PS You will not be dead - at worst your grades will not reflect your potental.

take a break few hours with your Friends and then try to answer questions. Ask someone to post difficult question. You will realize that you know but your stress is your problem. Don't take this as advise but think about it. When I was student I was in same situation. After few exams I was in situation 2 days before to think about something else that was more important an painful for me. I have go A on exam. After that at least 2 days before exam I wasn't study. That was only fee from stress.

Go to the library, get a reference book for A'level Chemistry and one for Biology.

Next go to your teacher and get 3 or 4 past papers for Chemistry and same for Biology.

Do the past papers, looking up answers in the text books if you do not know them.

Hand the past papers to your teacher for marking.

In the exams, plan out any answers where you are asked to explain something before you answer it.

Sounds strange, but it will give you more time and give you a better answer.

Good luck.

Calm down, have a glass of water.

Get the book for the subject of your next exam, flip through it and read the bits that catch your eye. Don't panic if you've forgotten parts, read it one more time, then flip on through the book and read something else.

Drink a glass of water every 90 minutes, it helps calm you down.

You'll be fine. These are only exams anyway. In the grand scheme of things they are completely insignificant.

I agree with Techie. It's obvious you are stressed out. Stress makes you forget what you already know. Take a break. It's not the world's end, after all.
