He is the divider. Even among his own party, people are starting to think. It isn't party that is important any longer, it's whether the person will uphold our constitution or continue this sell out of the American people.

I regret to say that he didn't seize upon the opportunity to become a uniter worldwide after 9/11. He had the option of trying to bring people together while the tragedy was affecting people worldwide. Unfortunately he listens to the wrong people and squandered the goodwill, and continues to make the image of our government worldwide worse.

The only hope for improving our image is if people outside of the US can continue to separate their feelings about the American People from their feelings about our leaders. A change in leadership is coming and hopefully the damage can be repaired.

Bush is the uniter in the sense that he is destroying the individuality of America so that one world government can be achieved. But to do this, Bush must be a divider. He divides America so that it can no longer stand. Bush is the biggest enemy our Republic has ever faced. Just look what he did to the Constitution that he was sworn in to protect.

Bush can't be a uniter. No one likes war, but he is doing the right thing. People don't unite when they're scared. They fight. Politically, and physically. That is evident. Bush is not to be blamed for the discontent in the world. Let's blame the REAL culprits, the terrorists!

At this point the question is mute. Politics and partisanship are on the rise in the U.S.A and it won't get any better if a Dem gets elected.
