Sort of like Pauly Shore in the 90's, guys like this make lousy movies that zoom to video and the dollar theaters in a couple of weeks, yet they keep getting more movie deals! SURELY there are more talented/funnier people out there!

believe it or not people like them and will pay to see the movies and buy the dvd's. so as long as they do they will continue to make them.

Their movies are not going to be the next Gone With The Wind classic, but believe it or not there really is a large market for these types of somewhat juvenile, campy, toilet humor laced films.
I admit that they are not masterpieces, but some of Adam Sandler's movies were funny. I don't think he is much of an actor, but he has good comedic timing. I like a lot of his stuff from Saturday Night Live, but the SNL crowd have consistently tried to turn some of their best 4 minute skits into 2 hour movies, and they just don't translate well.
I enjoyed Click, and 50 first dates. I can't say much about the rest of them. Rob Schneider was good in the Deuce Bigelow movies, but that's about it in my opinion.
..and YES there are much funnier people out there. Eddie Murphy and Jim Carrey I think are two of the funniest out there right now.
You know who I wish had made more movies was Bill Cosby. I think he is very funny and talented. His standup is always great, and he doesn't even feel the need to get completely foul mouthed either, which a lot of comics rely on to add emphasis to their bits.

you will find rob schneider in adam sandler movies and you will find adam sandler in rob schneider movies. i dont really mind because i like both of them. 2 funny guys is better then 1. any maybe because they are friends outside of the movie world

I like Adam Sandler and his movies do pretty well financially. I've got nothing for Rob Schneider.

well adam sandler is awesome...not sure i know who rob is but i agree with you completely on the pauly shore thing. i liked Encino Man, but for Brendan Fraser not Pauly. Pauly has no versatility in acting, he can only be one way, the pauly way. Adam, at least, can act differently as the roles call for it.

Adam Sandler keeps getting movie deals because his movies make millions of dollars in profits. It would appear that millions of movie goers disagree with you. Rob Schneider keeps getting in movies because he is friends with just about every other successful SNL alumni in the movie business. That about sums it up.

i think u and i should be friends. all the guys i hang out with make me go see things like The Hot Chick, and Benchwarmers. i then punish them by taking them to see "in the land of women" or "pride and prejudice". it works, but dear god ,why, why, why do u guys like Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller, Rob Acneider and that idiot who's in Napolean Dynamyte and that other idiot, Will Ferrel. these peopel are NOT funny!

It could be because adam sandler has his own company and is producing the films himself. I dunno about Rob Schneider, but i like adam sandler and there are alot of other people that finds his humor witty. You could always just change the channel or not watch them? More talented funny people? Hm...if your talking about people like Will Ferrel, give me a break! I agree though, there needs to be a new scene of people out and about

OMG I downloaded Adam Sandler's prank phone calls..they are hilarious.....why did you daughter kick my dog...lmfao....I only watch Adam Sandler movies to see where the heck Rob Schneider will pop up...he is hilarious in small doses!!
