I was definitely an accident, my mom got pregnant with me when she was 18 years old....but, she never referes to me as an accident. I'm 35 weeks pregnant now and would NEVER consider my son an accident, even though he was totally not planned. He's my little miracle.

My mum admits to me that she thought she was going through the early menopause (she was almost 40 at the time) and didn't find out for six months that she was pregnant with me!! Then, when I was born she was really poorly and almost died (obviously the shock!!) She is always quoting old sayings and said that as I was born exactly 9 months after mum and dad moved into a new house, then there must be some truth in the saying "new house, new baby!!"
There is a 10 year age gap between me and my sister so I must have been an accident!!
I'm 50 next week so mistakes did happen then too. I was a Daddy's girl when I was little!!

I was an accident. My mom was on the pill, but was on antibiotics, and back then they didn't know that anitbiotics can stop the pill from working. My mom had an abortion before me too.
I'm glad she didn't have one when she found out about me, because now I have a wonderful husband, 2 surprises of my own, and am pregnant with my planned baby who was still a surprise, lol. We had trouble concieving, and found out at the fertility specialist that I was already pregnant on my own, hehehe. Just because a baby wasn't planned, doens't me he/she is an accident. We planned to have kids, they just surprised us by coming before we planned on them, lol.

Accidentally planned lol. My mom had suffered a miscarriage apx. 2 months before she conceived me. They hadn't planned on trying again for at least a few more months after that, thereby making me accidentally planned.

I'm pretty sure I was planned as my brother is 7 years my senior- plenty of time for a woman to get broody. My sis tho I think was an accident- she's 7 years my junior.
Explains why she's such a *****.

do you mean was i an accident for my parents or if the birth of my child was an accident?
i was planned or so my parents say but i doubt they would tell me i was an accident!!!
as for my son - he wasn't planned as i prefer to put it but he was by no means an "accident" as he is the best thing that has ever happened to me! and i would never tell him he was an accident when he grows up!

Accidental. Mum was 18, dad 20 and they wed when mum was 5 months pregnant with me...wed because mum was pregnant. After 25 years of a very unhappy marriage, they finally divorced.

Accident. My mom was 16, my dad 17. They were "forced" to get married (this was 1973 so it was a common practice.) My dad left when I was 18. My mom refuses to call me an accident but says that she wouldn't recommend her lifestyle to anyone else.

my birth was planned, they wanted a second girl and they got a second girl and I was alot quieter and more well behaved than my older sister. Up until the age of about 10 I everything my parents wanted. It all went horribly wrong after that though

I was an accident, my mum was 41 and my sister and brother was 18 and 14 when I was born. In fact, my sister had already left home!
