Jason, one would have to wonder just what the motivation is behind you asking your Question in the way you did. I admit to being just a bit befuddled in my attempt to ascertain the true meaning of your query but, I'll do my best.
It seems to me to be a Question thought of out of some kind of frustration associated with your particular experience answering or asking Questions here on Yahoo! Answers.
I would need to find out from you whether there was one particular item that caused you to post this or an accumulation of disappointments, perhaps caused by your not advancing quickly enough up the different levels...I just don't know.
So, to try and answer your question as accurately as I can....NO, I don't think Yahoo is "retarded"...I DO however, think Yahoo presents to us all an interesting and informative gathering place where we can all share our thoughts, concerns and interests within a single, active community such that Yahoo! Answers is.
