Yes, do the summer school class. You might have an awesome teacher that teaches the math totally different than your other teacher so you may understand it this time. And you not only want to get to know the math you haven't understood but you don't want to start 11th grade math not understanding 10th grade math. Its cumulative so you need step 1 to understand step 2. Sign up! p.s. my daughter took a summer class, loved it, ended up this year having the summer school teacher. She also met alot of great kids and found she like the class much better so looked forward to going and I know my kids are always bored during the summer. Lord knows I am not bored during the summer, kinda wishing I had a summer class! =D

You will need to pass that math one way or the other if you want to graduate. My son went to summer school after both 9th and 10th grades. Math is easy for some kids and hard for others. I think it's a knack you have or you don't. But you can still "get it" if you work at it. Sign up and good luck!

I know lots of students that take summer school classes. It's a good way to catch up or even get ahead of your peers.
I'm guessing that you need this "math" class to graduate so, it depends. Did you try? I mean did you complete all the homework you teacher assigned? Or did you just bomb the tests? (Summer school may give you more one on one assistance, plus taking it again so quickly it may make more sense to you.)
If you didn't do you homework, how do you plan on changing that behavior during the summer school session? Especially if your friends aren't going to summer school,
If I were in your shoes, I would take the summer course and see what happens, if your teacher sees you trying he/she may be more willing to give you some extra help.
GOOD LUCK
Oh, here's another question, do you want to graduate? (Some kids really don't care)

How old are you and in which grade you are?
Ofcourse you should go to Summer School. I would like to share my experience with Maths. I have been teaching Maths for my life - it can be learnt only by practice and having the concepts of Maths strong. Maths is a wonderful and subject and very easy to understand

Yeah, if you don't go to summer school, you will re-take it the next year, and then you have to come up with more math credit.
You can finish the course much quicker through SS also.

Go to summer school. Even though it's lame, not knowing Math is lamer. I mean, being good in Math (esp. Basics) would land you a pretty good job in the future.
Go for it!

Yes, go to Summer School. Work at improving your mark, so that you can keep up with your class, and graduate with them.
