just about anywhere but to go out and see them is highly impossible as they are secretive little creatures and very fast moving. they hunt mice and voles in the undergrowth and around rocks and trees. they have a very keen sense of smell and good hearing and it is by chance alone that you will see one. and then the chances of it hanging around is not good. they dont stay still for long. but any where is good. i like the old stone walls for sitting watching wildlife. so if you know any dry stone walls or old ruined buildings that are remote and left undisturbed by ramblers then start there.
end be very patient.

Everywhere.
Find a large park or wild area, look for forest edges or ruins (they like hunting and living around broken boulders or junk). Then sit with your back against a tree and wait. It might take awhile. Dawn or dusk is best for wild animals.
