Business simulation is one great way to teach real estate investing. There’s an online business simulation site called the Informatist ( http://www.informatist.net/ ), which has a good deal of real estate transactions involved. They have a real-estate section which allows people to put in their virtual money and amass a real estate fortune.

you should call one of your local real-estate brokers & have them come in and talk to your class. in my area, alot of retired teachers now do real-estate, maybe this is true in your area and you could have one of them do it too??? have fun and dont teach outta your field, it will just do more harm than good!
