Finding out cow's milk is safe for human consumption doesn't surprise me, what I really wonder about is cheese.

I figure they were storing milk in a cave before refrigerators were invented, and someone forgot about some of it for a year. I have to wonder who the first guy to eat cheese was. A convicted criminal, perhaps. "You are sentenced to die, so you must eat a handful of that chunky milk over there."

"Hey, this isn't bad. Some more Pinot Noir, please. Could I get some crackers?"
