If the pic. isn't JPEG,you need to modify it to JPEG and then you can upload it. If the pic is too big,resize it,o.k?
On edit program, open your pic, right click ,choose Modify>convert file>JPEG>next>start convert>finish

Maybe a slow connection, wait a while and see if it pops up, 360 has been acting strange lately

You have to save the pic. If that doesn't work then the pic is too much in bites and you have to find a smaller one.
