add wep and wpa and turn of ssid broadcast in your router:

http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,844020,00.asp

go to your router in your webbrowser (standard: http://192.168.1.1)

then search for wep, wpa and use them

Set up WPA encryption, this will block the buggers next door on the spot.
