I am going on a trip to the beach today with my entire grade and i have this gorgeous white juicy couture bikini and i also have my period. I put in a tampon and i put a liner in my underwear and it's leaking. How can i make sure it doesnt leak and get blood on my clothes without having to stay out of the water at the beach?

Try putting in a fresh tampon, and then having a shower and washing away any residue.

If your tampon is leaking, you may not be using the right absorbancy for your cycle. If you have heavy periods, you should not use a "regular" tampon. Make sure you take plenty with you to change frequently. Good Luck!!

I don't know how often you are changing your tampons but if it's like about 5 hours between the changes I would recommend trying to change the tampon about every 3 hours.

I would suggest using super super tampons and try to change them often, especially after going in the water because the tampon can get saturated with the pool/lake water and then not be able to absorb anymore.
