I think that one million isn't a lot in these days. You can barely buy a house and some furniture for this money.

Just enough to pay off all my debt, which total's somewhere between 12, 000 usd's. This is a constant worry in my life. I have four children; one with Autism. In our family we have to make a dollar stretch. Add about 100,000 to that for a home of our own, (we rent) so that my children can have a home that they can say is theirs. We have been renting for almost 8 years now. And last but not least all the money in the world not for myself, but to give it for research and a cure for Autism. Though I feel blessed enough as it is by God giving me a special delicate child, I would be most happiest if my son where able to "come out of his world" permanently and live a "normal" life like his siblings.

while money does not 'buy' me or anyone else happiness... it would be nice to not have to depend on credit at the end of the month...

i never was this way before.. but now i have three credit card bills... none of them are overdone.. but enough that i would be happy if they were payed off... that way i could use my money to buy the things i want , instead of paying off the things i have already bought .......

it will happen... just you wait and see....i'll be happy once that stuff is gone... so i would say about $3,000 would make me ecstatic right about now... didn't i say i'm a simple girl....

although a few 100 thousand would really get me going...LOL

Enough money so I wouldn't have to worry about rent, bills, and food for a while. I wouldn't even mind if I had to work. I like working, it just never seems like I make enough money!

Or maybe just enough to be able to plan a nice wedding. We can't really afford it, and we have been waiting 4 years to do it...yeah, just wedding money would work.

20 million sounds about right for me. Then I would never want for anything ever again, because I could afford everything.
