I lived the swinging lifestyle for years 8 to be exact,in LIFESTYLE, and now am paying the consequesis for the disisions of bad ideas!
My marriage to husband who swung with me is OVER because I wont join him again because my children protested so much that it became public knolegedge on what we did.
looking back now all I can do to justify my actions is say It was my right of choice!
I really don't understand it either because also looking back I never had an orgasim in it but it did FEED MY EGO, thats for sure!
Why do people who find this lifestyle so applealing including me?
Why did I do this to my family who now stands ASHMED of me?
Why do everyone say it alterintive to monagmoy, when infact it very unhealthy?
Do you know anyone who swung or is swinging would you inform them what it cost you or them?
This LIFESTYLE LOST ME MY CHILDREN, why?
This lifestyle is NOT DESEASE FREE if you must know even with papers I still got sevial STD's, healthy?

Your appetite for sex not love is strong. You believe it will satisfied your ego, you agreed.
Swinger are groups of peoples trying to find and satisfied their sexual need,by giving excuses to their partner and enjoy others partners available during their swing. It roused their desired to certain level. Once it over, they come back to normal as if everything is normal.These groups do have some mental problem need a psychologist
Family upbringing and church influence can change a person belief.
Believe your children is well educated,knowing the different
plus the risk involved specially you.Everything we attempt come with a prices.
Believed you do go thu lots of medical problem too especially sexually transmitted.
Since you have come to your sense,hope you do still enjoy your sexual life with love one and have funs in another new dimension.

Most swingers dont lie about their lifestyle, they just want to be very discreet, because there is alot of people that will put them down for what they do. U said u would do it to feed ur ego, though u never had an orgasm...if u never had an orgasm thats because u werent enjoying it, and i can see where u say tht u wanted out...Well if u want out, its ur decision. U did it for so many years, were u feeling ashamed when u were doing it? NO...u werent..u were enjoying it, up to the point that ur family found out, thats when u started feeling guilty and a liar. 8 Years of being in the swinginglifestyle is a long time, usually if ur gonna feel guilty of doing it would be the first time u do it, not after 8 years. In my opinion ur feeling ashamed because ur family found out about it. I say that if they hadnt know about ur lifestyle u would still be active. U r asking if there is anyone that has swung or is swinging and if it has cost them...well im a swinger and have been for the past 3 years..off and on...and dont have many partners only 2 but they r very close friends to us...as to disease free...well ur never certain of that, u can try to be as clean as u want and then ur husband can go out and have an affair and wht?..he'll bring u some kind of disease...we just never know wht can happen, we r never safe...but i do know that when ur in the swinginglifestyle u do need to be very cautious...the way we practice it is, we use condoms no matter what....and as to the oral...i dont do oral with anyone but my husband..and i make sure he does the same..we only f**k thats all...Now a days u have to be very careful...anyways...im sorry for ur situation....

First of all, you KNEW that an alternative sexual lifestyle involved a certain amount of risk...at least I would HOPE you knew.
Second of all, not everyone ends up like you. Some people have some wonderful moments and memories.
Third, it is certainly NOT for everyone. If you don't have a rock-solid relationship, you should never have considered doing it.
And fourth, the element of risk is obviously not a deterrent to ANYONE. All you have to do is look at the amount of people in casinos and out in Vegas. Obviously, the house wins most of the time, but that doesn't stop people from gambling away hard-earned money.
Same goes for swinging.

There's always people out there thinking swinging would improve their relationships, where you put the actual disclaimer on it.

god almight quit crying over your mistakes at whoring with every man you made eye contact with. grow up a bit except the fact that you ruined your life and go from there. try counseling and make sure that you never do any more harm to your children. i wouldn't want my mother around my kids either if she was a whore. i don't blame your kids at all i completely understand them.
