Why are people so cruel and unfeeling?

I ate half a kilo of strawberries, and I am going to die! But when I say this, they just laugh meanly, with the bursts of large coarse guffaws. But, it is true. my uncle Jerry ate half a kilos of strawberries and went to the woods, and was eaten by a grizzly; then my friend's aunt Rose ate a half of kilos of strawberries, and then went into the cellar to get prickles and fell off the ladder and died; and out neighbour, who was 98, and in the hospital, ate half a kilos of berries two days before his death.
People are so unsympathetic.

I wanted to eat less than half a kilo but got to enthusiastic and noticed it only when all the half a kilo was gone.

The solution is simple...

Eat the other half kilo. Only good things come to those who eat a whole kilo of strawberries.

well, if you knew this was going to happen, why did you eat the strawberries in the first place? would you feel bad for me if i had a hole in my head because i put a gun in my mouth and pulled the trigger?
