can i use a wallpaper as an icon for a folder in my p.c. ?if yes how?

The pictures used for icons have to be a very specific size and format. You could use any picture for a icon, but it would have to be convert to the 32x32 size of an icon with only 16 colors. Most wallpapers, reduced to that size and color limits would no longer be recognizable. Go to http://download.com and search for "icon editor" or "icon maker" and you should find free software to allow you to create your own icons.

Right click the folder, choose the Customiza option. At the bottom you can select to change the icon, then browse for what you want. Hope this helps!
