It is in some people's lives. I know a multi-millionaire who never feels she has enough money, (& she doesn't spend it, just keeps investing & letting it sit there.)To people who use it for power, it's everything to them. Obviously we all need enough to survive, & if we're "lucky" for a non-essential now & then, that we enjoy. Money certainly isn't "everything" to me. There is so very much more in life, & most of it is free. It's true that if a rich person has a terminal desease, money can't save them from dying, but they can get far better care along the way. It's a misconception that "rich people aren't happy." That's a false philosophical premise. It's an absolute. How do we know that [all] rich people are unhappy? To say that money can't buy love is obvious--& love is one of the many other things in life validating that money is NOT everything.

Money is just a medium of exchange if the nature does not give the raw materials to us or if the people stop to convert the raw materials into finished goods we will not have anything that we have today and no amount of money can bring us a car or a house if no body will make them.
so, in simple terms money is a medium of exchange, and just that.
but, Money is not only flat to be piled up it is also round to go around.
Master invented the master and wanted to master the master but the master mastered the Master.

No , money is not everything in our life. It is seen that many people lives his life happily inspite of extreme poverty. So it's a relative factor. If we want to live happlily we can live without money & sometimes we are not happy though we have lots of money.. So money does not leads our life , life is being lead by LOVE nothing else...

If we are planning to live in today's world and to get the available scientific achievements, no doubt, the money is everything in our life. Even today's saints also attracts money to satisfy the society by them after fulfilling the required necessities.

No one can live without money. Everything costs. My mom says the only thing free is salvation. And it even cost to go to church, so...
But to me, no it's not everything. My family and love is everything. I would love to spend all my time with my family, but I would have to rich, meaning having tons of money, so I guess money is everything... Sad but true

MONEY is a PROMISE.
It is a promise made by one sentinent being to another sentinent being so as to honor the mortal material things/ work to be carried out in return for another promise.
Does mortal sentinent beings honor and keep all their promises in their life ???
If the answer is YES, then money is everything in the mortal sentinent being's life.
If the answer is NO, then money is not everything in the mortal sentinent being's life.
Have any mortal sentinent being never broken any of their promise ?
Have any mortal sentinent being's government who printed/created the money digitally in the central bank's computer never broken any of their promise ?

Sadly, it has become an enormous part of our lives--to some people, it has become everything. It's so sad because while many of us don't want it to mean so much, we can do so little without it that it practically rules our lives. Lack of money puts strain on our lives to the point that we lose sleep, become stressed out and find ourselves deeply depressed. It's terrible.

No, it is not. Devotion is everything. For a devotee Almighty will take care for everything you need.
We need money because we want to fulfill our desires. Become a devotee and GOD will take care of everything.
THere are so many rich people in the world. But they are not happy. Their life is not complete. Because they lack devotion.

Money isn't everything but is one of the most important thing to own/ earn in life and in this world of today....although it does not guarantee one's happiness, it should be handled carefully and wisely.

I don't think so. But, I even don't say "Money is nothing". Money only can not bring happiness in us. However, it is a great source to have comforts and easiness in life.
