Well... I have two bearded dragons, and I'm way too terrified to keep them in the same cage together after everything I've read. If they're still young you've probably not encountered much of a problem with it YET. Did you know that when a bearded dragon waves at another one it's because they are intimidated, and that when they pile on each other it's in order of dominance, so... the greeting might not be greetings, and the cuddling might not be cuddling. The more dominant Beardie normally lays on the bottom, with the other one on top. Are they male and female or both males? If they are both males I would get them separated NOW! Males are very territorial, and as they get older have been known to kill each other (I've got 2 males). Check out this website and try posting your question on there. They are every thing bearded dragons, and it seems like I'm always learning something new from that site,

But I would try separating them for a while, oh and if they are too young... it's hard to accurately tell male from females. It happens a lot that you buy a young female that ends up being a male, because they haven't matured yet and are mistaken for female.

Your thought of intimidation may be accurate.... It is the same with dogs.... Belle may have the " alpha " attitude and eating more then Puff.... Try placing them in seperate areas at feeding time.
This will ensure that puff is able to obtain the nutrients needed to grow and be healthy.
Also make sure the both of them are getting the "dusting" of vitamins.... this will help as well.
I also have a beardie.... and they are great pets.
Good Luck

If by greeting you are talking about bobbing and waving, that is either aggression or mating, and is stress for both of them. Sooner or later the aggression will lead to harm and maybe death of one of them. Separate them now, and let Belle be boss of her own place.

Is it that one is getting more locust than the other?Maybe you need to feed them separately. the male dragons are usually bigger as my sons dragon is male and my brothers is female.
