That 6 foot under is pretty creepy, but I have to go with the long term illness.

a long terminal illness. that would probably be the worst since you still have to go through the suffering.

Have you heard the story of the scuba diver that had been scooped up in one of those huge buckets helicopters use to extinguish forest fires? Then, of course, he was carried inland and dumped on the fire. That used to be on my list of bad ways to die. Then I heard it was a myth For me, maybe drowning in a septic tank, or something like that.
