How do I find out if the files I'm downloading at Bearshare is good?

I've been downloading a lot of stuffs from Bearshare and some folks shares their files as if it was a good file/app or a good movie, after youve downloaded it, either the files is not a valid archive/corrupted and also movies with titles such as "Spiderman 3, Ghost Rider..." ends up to be "Amitiville Horror" everytime... I usually use tags such as "aXXo" to get a list of movies.. Anyone who has a solution for my problem?

For songs, I generally use Limewire. I've never so far had a problem with corruption. But with Bearshare, when you click on a file to download it place the mouse over the file whilst it is downloading and it should show up red if it is a corrupted file. Dont forget to also always have a virus program running on your computer to check up on bad files. To download films I use 'BitComet' and download the films using that program from a site called www.torrentz.com also rarely had a problem there.

In LimeWire you can right click the file and see info about in and what ppl are saying about it
It is Bitzi.

Read here http://www.limewire.com/support/userguide/search.php

Remember that downloading/uploading copyrighted files is illegal if you don’t own the copyright or have the copyright owners permission.
So please read the user guide how the program works so we don’t need to help you break the law.

Bearhsare and LimeWire use the same net so you fined the same files there.
Thay use the Gnutella network.

I use LimeWire and has no viruses/spyware/adware or any **** on my computer with XP Home SP2.

Bearhsare is perhaps the second largest distributer of viruses. If you have to ask that question, it is probably unsafe for you to use it.
P2p carries inherent risks that a knowledgable person can mitigate. If youre doing movies like those, which are not legally availible for sale, you are breaking the law and you just announced it to thousands of people.

If you want to donwload movies use torrents --> almost no fakes

donwload utorrent from utorrent.com and go to torrentspy.com and search for the movie you want (read the comments to see wether its real or not)
