File a written complaint with his superiors. Talk to an attorney. Contact the State's Attorney Generals office if they have a division that investigates police actions. Make sure you complaint is in writing and request that you get a written response to your complaint.

Without the details I have no idea if you really have a case but if you feel that you were mistreated you should file a complaint.

stop breaking the law and you wont have run ins with police officers. But, if you truly were mistreated, you can file a greivance with his superior officers

you need proof, witnesses and it needs to be done in a timely manner. (don't wait for a yr to bring it up, things have time limits in law).

Thank god you can type... officer's are pretty good... if you got manhandled, you probably deserved it.
