My mind is so creative at picking worry issues everyday! I hate it and I feel anxiety all the time.

I hate anxiety. My suggestions: take deep breaths, tell yourself it'll be okay, and try to switch your thoughts to something else. Also, try to find something unreasonable about your 'worry', something irrational, and laugh at that. It might take some of the power away from the worry. Do you worry about everything? Or one thing? Or a particular type of thing? You could also try to remember the saying: 90% of our worries are not worth worrying about. Focus on the other 10%. So look carefully at everything you're worried about - and try to 'eliminate' from that list everything that you don't absolutely need to be worried about because it doesn't really really matter. Also, "don't worry about tomorrow, let tomorrow worry about itself" - not literally, but basically, don't worry about things before you need to.

And I suggest seeing a psychologist, psycho-therapist or counsellor! If you don't want to spend much, then at least book in for one session. They might help you in some way.

Some habits are diffficult to let go off. Worrying can become a habit for some people. Try meditation, yoga etc. to overcome worry and anxiety. Also look at Bach Flowers. Take a look at the free online course on Flower Essences at:

Be creative always because it is very helpful. But you shouldn't worry about anything. Worrying leads you only to health problems. So try to concentrate only on your work, i.e. your creativity.
