I have deskop pc... and configration is Gigabyte Technology 2004 RZ Series Motherboard, 512 mb RAM, AMD Athlon 2000+ processor, VIA onboard chipset...... onboard memory is 32mb(shared memory)... and i tried to increase that memory on bios setup but there is no option to increase.... so i want solution for it... please help me....

Shared memory is the memory your video card shares (takes away from) your system memory (ramm). It does it dynamicly, at times the vid card may only use 3m at times it will use 32. Add more real ramm and if possile get a cheap vid card. Then it will not be subtracted from the total

It looks like 32Mb is the maximum for the integrated graphics of that old chipset. If you want to improve your PC's performance in games, your next option would be to put in a discrete graphics card with at least 128Mb videoram.
