I remember I had a friend in his late 20's who asked me that same question.
Women have a seperate hole to urinate out of. It's called an urethra. Hope this picture doesn't make you giggle too much.

We women and girls urinate thru a different hole than the vagina. The hole that allows us to urinate is a very small hole that is situated on the outside of the body at the top of the vaginal opening. This hole that allows us to urinate is called the urethra.
