How do you know it's full? Does a message come up? One possibility is just that you don't have enough or barely do have enough for the operating system you're running. How much RAM do you have and what OS is it??

Ok I'm guessing you have an old computer with very little RAM. Since that's probably the case, you should be able to buy additional RAM for pretty cheap. Check out ebay since it seems like you're able to get online.

There a several reasons why your memory could full. It's probably a result of having a lot of unnecessary software installed on your machine. I suggest using a tune-up machine that could help you manage your machine's hardware and software. A good one is tune-up utilities. It's pretty straight forward and easy to use.

If you're using Win2000 I would guess your ram is around 64MB. Right click My Computer to check ram size, email me with this info. Most programs need way more ram,(even if it's 128MB).
