google 'cyber scammer' or 'internet cafe scammer' or 'nigerian romance scammer'

Generally speaking if something seems too good to be true then it is too good to be true.

If you have to pay some money to get some money then its a scam. You'll lose your money and the scammer will disappear.

Also never reveal personal information of any kind in return for "free" rewards.

Well, no company will ever ask you for personal info via email. You should never respond to unsolicited email. I would make it a practice to only pay attention to email correspondence that you have initiated. There are a lot of people out there that are eager to prey on you and play off your weaknesses.
