No it just to high teck, you will need lots of thing done before you can use it, like the power cord plugged in, paper in the printer and a usb or printer cable attached to the PC and printer and then because it a HP double check the Ink but before you can do that make sure the power is on, that is a switch on the side or back of your printer and then WOW turn on your PC and printer and Vista will find it, like i said it real high tech....
