I have the same problem and believe it has to do with changes in how your body handles alcohol as you get older. I had to quit drinking caffeine 5 to 10 years ago. Even 1 cup of coffee in the morning meant I would be up all night. Then came the alcohol headaches about a year ago. After 2 drinks, I would have what I consider a migraine that hurt so bad I couldn't sleep. Now I get them after 1 drink. I am in my mid 50's and I think it is an age related ability of my body to process the alcohol. If you went to the doctor to ask what to do about it, a doctor would probably tell you to not drink and charge you for an office visit. I have accepted it as the new reality for me and I am now the sober driver for friends and family...but I really miss tequila!

The only enhanced water I drink is a cold beer! I'm sure you can appreciate that, right?

No, plain old tap water. I only drink enhanced water if I get thirsty while in the street or something.

Yes, my dear Judas, I do !
I drink bottled water, because I dislike the taste of
tap water.
I took a little tour of a water filtration plant and they showed
us exactly what the water looked like before they started
the filtration process, that did it for me ! YUK !
Hugs,
