It all depends on the cut and the raising of the stone on the band. If a stone is raised too high it can look vulgar. A one carat ring is so timeless and classy since these days women are buying into the giant gems. Giant carats are hot right now, but the 1 carat is classic. Gold is out right now, but the silvers and platinums are very in and I think the silvers and platinums are here to stay. Baguettes or the little diamonds surrounding the ring are also a timeless touch that will never go out of style. A 1 carat ring can be VERY expensive, oftentimes even more expensive than a larger cut and has to do with the 4 Cs. Cut, Clarity, Carat, and Color.

The price for a 1 carat diamond could range anywhere from 1-8 thousand dollars. Then there is the price of the ring. The actual price of a stone is based on 13 things, cut color clairity and carats being the 4 biggest. In the end you really can't know how much the ring is worht without consulting an expert or knowing more information.

Not really, as it is pertaining to the Carat size of the whole ring.

1 Carat single stone, would be a big deal.

Erm. Any diamond is a big deal! Of course, getting any ring is a huuuuuge deal, if it's from someone you love.

My engagement ring is aquamarine with diamond chips surrounding it on a 10k silver band. It's perfect :).

I don't know about the classy thing...I've known pleeeenty of people who have diamonds (necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, tooth piercing - no joke), that aren't classy, sophisticated, or even nice. I think attitude and choices have a lot to do with classiness.

because of the fact it an emblem of the two considered one of you spending something of your lives jointly. A diamond will final constantly...a CZ no longer so long. it is likewise custom for a guy to spend a great volume of money, keep for months to get and then supply her something she'll be waiting to placed on for something of her existence. it might probably be distinctive in case you have been up front together with her interior the beginning up and instructed her which you have been making plans on getting the actual deal faster or later. i'm specific it relatively is style of a slap interior the face to ensure that the rock she thought she had could be a sprint glorified plastic. in case you are able to locate the money for it bypass get a diamond ring and sweetness her on Valentine's Day...yet confirm you get data that it relatively is an honestly diamond.

no it is better to have real diamonds instead of diamonds made from carrots. A one carat diamond isn't too large that you can't afford a real one.
