Basically, I mean like, if you were to graffiti public property, some say is freedom of expression while others find it ugly as vandalism. It's the same case with spam / ads. Are there reasons on some bad points on freedom of expression - and more examples? (Just an essay I have to write.)

Freedom of expression is a good thing, but it must be limited to the extent that one person's free expression does not inhibit the basic rights and free expression of others. The example you gave, with graffiti on public property. Though I personally couldn't care less one way or the other about the issue, the fact of the matter is, the person performing the act is exceeding the limits of their free expression, as the item they are..."decorating"...is not theirs. Free expression is a very simple issue. Much simpler than we tend to allow it to be. All people should be free to express themselves in any manner, so long as it does not infringe on the rights of others to do the same, or violate the property of others. That's it. It becomes needlessly complex, as many people in our society try to manipulate the system in their favor. That is the down side, and that is more about people being too stupid to know where person A's rights end and person B's rights begin than it is about free expression.

Actually, a time IS coming when the American Classicalist voice WILL be silenced, as was the case with the Jew in 1930's Germany (see Daniel 8, 11; Zechariah 14; Revelation 11). Y'shua gave us an extended dissertation of the big picture of the situation currently unfolding (St. Matthew 24, 25). The wars and insurrections that, Y'shua warned us, would precede the taking of liberty are underway; when the roundups begin, the demands for redress will be falling upon deaf ears, just as in the years prior to the Declaration of Independence, and just as happened in the Golden Age of the Third Reich. The St. Birgitta Society has been quietly documenting what may very well happen during or immediately after the Obama Administration, and things will be quite gruesome, if the St. Birgitta findings are any clue. Several facilities formerly run by other Federal agencies have been quietly reassigned to Homeland Security with no fanfare, after modifications to make them suitable as Assembly and/or Relocation Centers (updated from those operated by the War Relocation Administration in 1942-46); only the intended inmate class is unknown..

The bad part about freedom of speech in American society is that everyone tend to take it so personally.Get angry and wanna start up a big dispute over what we would call freedom of speech.realistically The American society has freedom to say whatever it is that is on our minds but literally we really don't have the right to say what we want to say.

Excessive freedom (of anything) can be exploited. Any freedom carries with it a responsibility to self-curtail that freedom so that it does not harm or cause offense.

FoE has been exploited to heap abuse at what some people hold in high regard. Religions / or religious intitutions have come under inconsiderate attacks.

FoE is also exploited in issues related to pornography, and other sexual material.
