i hit upon this a sprint a puzzle. The language is threatening and that's a distinctive ultimatum so as that could placed it later in a sequence of letters. yet, the time given for reimbursement is 3 months and that would not look to in advantageous condition with the language. hence (coupled with the shown fact which you asked the question), i'll make an outrageous guess that this became into the 1st letter.
