Too have a option of picking not just Best Answer but have a second best also and get maybe 5 points.
The reason why I ask is because sometimes you do have more than one answer you like and it is hard 2 pick just one.
What do you think?

Anyways, I think that's an awesome idea, so much so I starred your question! There were tons of times I had two great answers, but only one could get the points. In those instances, I go by who needs the points the most.

Yes and we should get the other two points for asking back for picking second best...but then again that would bring on a whole new set of problems of choosing who gets best and who gets second best. I don't think I'm ready for that much effort.
That is a great idea though.

Sometimes I'm SO torn between picking the best answer and I just end up checking to see if one of the answers STARRED my question. That's usually my tie breaker.

it's so cool,, but I thought that it could be a Top ten thing,, number 10 takes 1 point, number 9 takes 2 points, number 8 takes 3 points, number 7 takes 4.... and so on up till number 1 takes 10 points and 2 for five stars.

I agree! There's always a lot of great answers and you feel bad having to pick a favorite. Good idea.

good idea but people still wouldn't pick a best answer I don't know why Do they know they get points for choosing a best answer
