OK. Some harsh reality coming your way. The fact that you identify yourself as somebody else's girl indicates to me that you have based your own identity on this guy, and that is wrong. You are you. You are not some guy's girl. That identification concerns me. You are a special individual not to be defined by your relationship with somebody else. You be you.
Next. What do you mean by "safe?" Do you mean safe from infection? Safe from pregnancy? Because the answer is no in both cases.
You need to get to know and respect yourself, because if you don't, nobody else, including your boyfriend, will respect you either.

and what do mean by safe ? if you mean are you going to die because you got water inside you, yes it is safe.
you can still catch things and get pregnant, though.
if you mean, will his uncle kill us when he finds a condom stuck in the filter? no, it is not safe. he will kill you.

Medical literature will tell you not to have sex in the water because water could get trapped inside you while he is thrusting and it will rupture something inside you and water will go somewhere it isn;t supposed to go, but me and my gf do it all the time, she loves it!

No its not . First you can't use a condom in the water. Thats NOT safe. secondly pushing water yup your vagina is not a good idea.
