Is there any imcompatibility? (I heard that I can't use DDR1 and DDR2 RAM stick together)

DDr on the vid card is completely seperate from the MB. As long as you have the right slot, the card is compatible with your OS, the card has enough power (newer cards have alot of power issues, not too much of a problem with AGP cards) and you install the correct driver, you should be OK

You should only use the same type of memory, Those two types are incompatible, your system will always run at the speed of the slowest memory, thereby impacting processing of data.
