No but I have been a victim on a crime twice and both times the police falsified the police report. The crimes were about 15 years apart.

I had my car broken into and a gun stolen out of it. I had just moved back up to DC from Florida. Handguns are illegal in DC. The officer threatened to arrest me and charge ME with possession. That was his main focus. But, he couldnt, because duh...I was no longer in possession. But I felt pretty bullied by that situation.

If the police know the person is going to get away with it for whatever reason they might try to talk you out of making statements or they might just act like they don't know what your complaining about!!!
You should complain to the Ombudsman!!!!!!!!!
