I cannot find the words on Google search, or anywhere else for that matter. I love the books by Jean M Auel, but I hate coming across words that I think are vital, but not understandable.
Can anyone help me?

Abri is a type of cave. The other words are defined in the book. I just finished reading it(again).

They might be words that were made up by Mrs Auel. Or names of places, clans, rituals, etc.
To understand what they are, I'd suggest you read her previous books of Earth's children Series:
1. The Clan of the Cave Bear
2. The Valley of Horses
3. The Mammoth Hunters
4. The Plains of Passage

I'm sorry, not positive, but pretty sure those are names for people? Been over a decade since I've read the Jean Auel series of the Clan of the Cave People.
Or, maybe 'shelter'?
