I think some girls do. I know they did back in the day.
Me and my girlfriend went to a ball game one night, and the night after that, I was talking to her on the phone, and I just said jokingly, "so what are you doing, watching baseball?", and she said "yeah, actually I am"...I was flippin'!!
So, I think it's pretty cool that she's trying to learn the game.
So the answer is yes, girls actually do like baseball. Can't
help you with the California female baseball fans though.
Even if you meet someone that doesn't like baseball, take them to a couple of games and teach them what's going on.

What's funny is that I met an Angels fan the other day! I am a true blue crew girl, Dodgers of course. I can appreciate the Angels and the fact that they swept our butts in that freeway series! Your team is awesome in their offense. I was so upset when we played your guys! Arrgh! Do you keep up on your little guy, Eckstein? I think he took a couple of Angels with him to St. Louis! Oh but to answer your question, yes, there are some girls out there that like baseball... live, on t.v., and on the radio! Good luck on finding her!

Well I'm a chick and I know a hell of alot about baseball. I know more about baseball than some of my guy friends. I love baseball. I love watching the game being played. I know tons about baseball, I know the rules of the game.

I recommend, I do placed on my Kinsler and Markakis jersey each and every now and then, yet i do no longer bypass around flaunting my understanding. Girls just sit there without really paying attention to the games, they don't know what's going on. They're usually trying to see which players are cute and which aren't. There's very few real female baseball fans.

I do. I truly like baseball. U wanna know what my favorite channel is? Sportsnet New York. I know there are girls who just watch baseball to attract guys or to check out the players. Well, I'm not like that. I enjoy the game for what it is.

for the game i would say girl's are faking it to get a guy's attention.
baseball is a sport that i think in order to TRULY LIKE IT!!!!
you have to grow up in it like play it collect card's and that start's as a kid arguing with your Friend's who's the best player
i just can't see a girl like a game like baseball out of the blue
it's a complicated game with a lot of strategies
not like basketball or football where's it's not hard to understand and has action going on in every play.
