And how would you get anything? Lets just say you know how to build kitchen tables. How many would you have to make to buy a truck to deliver them? If you had employees, how would you pay them? how would you pay for your supplies?
And thanks for clearing up what barter means.

The barter system fails when people begin to have differing views on the values of goods in relation to each other.
Take high school economics and it will all make sense.
