I've always thought that sheed while talented and tough is rather over rated. He cant take over a game and carry the team by himself any more. He runs his mouth which even if not getting him a technical will cost his team the questionable calls. And he finally realizes that his brand of power forwards are a thing of the past and people like Bosh, Melo and Dirk are the new breed and he cant quite adjust to this new style. The only reason he has stuck around so long is that the pistons still run an old fashioned half court game.

They just haven't played well enough for him to confidently open his big mouth. They had two unimpressive wins and two even more unimpressive losses, and then this recent loss wasn't a spectacular performance either. The Pistons also didn't have as great of a season as they did last year. And who knows, maybe he learned his karma lesson from last year.
