The best thing a woman can wear is confidence.. because the outfit is nothing if you can't pull it of. Its not what you wear but what you wear that determines the whole look. OOoooh and also a great pair of shoes to compliment the outfit because if your wearing a great outfit and the shoes are totally wrong then the outfit becomes a piece of chaos.

For a woman....As long as there are a pair of converse or pair of closed pumps then all is HOTT!!!! LOL..AND
Bright colors!!!! That is HOTT!!!
As for guys well... I really dont care as long as it is not Cheap. I mean you can shop at Wal Mart but if you buy the thing that look good then it works out. BUT if you wear clothing that LOOKS cheap then NO WAY, EWWW! You can wear cheap clothing that looks good too.

i think most women and men should wear a skirt. Their are so many styles and colors that everyone could find one that would look decent. Skirts are really comfortable and a lot cooler then pants. Im a guy and i own over 30 myself. It tooks e few years to develope my wardrobe and i love to wear then.

guys~Boxer-briefs and nothing else or a nice pair of jeans that are not tight or really baggy with a baseball style shirt or no shirt.
P.S. Guys who "sag" are so not sexy hot or whatever you think you are you look like you need a belt and are too cheap to buy one
