Never tried the possum, but I like my chicken done by shake & bake.and I would figger that the possum would taste just as good if cooked that way.

never tried possum but fried chicken is pretty damn good!! dont know if you can eat possum in australia but you can eat kangaroo (tastes gamey), emu (tastes like duck) and crocodile (hard to describe) so i suppose possum is a possibility....

Haven't had the possum, but I've had skunk stew and that was pretty good too.
