No. But when Bush was doing them, he was hooked on cocaine. Saw a video of him dancing on a bar stoned out of his gourd. He still acts like that, but his daddy had him dried out years ago.

Yeah, pick on the black guy for being a supposed addict, sex fiend, and criminal. Meanwhile Bush gets a free pass to commit crimes after a life of going AWOL, DUIs, jail time, and coke sniffing.
